The PR begins with a kick-off call to review timelines, processes, and deliverables.
Firm Questionnaire
The firm will complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering key areas, including:
- Financial
- Operations
- Administration
- Technology
- People
- Firm governance
- Partner relations
- Marketing and growth
Individual Questionnaires & Follow-ups
A select group of individuals (typically the partner group) will complete an Individual Questionnaire. Follow-up calls will be scheduled to clarify results from both the Firm and Individual Questionnaires.
Final Presentation & Recommendations
The engagement concludes with a half-day virtual presentation to a small group of firm leaders. The presentation will include:
- Insights into the future of the accounting profession
- Identification of firm strengths
- Areas for improvement
- A prioritized list of action steps
- Referrals to relevant experts as needed
