A Practice Review (PR) is a virtual process designed to provide firms with a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of their practice, resulting in tailored recommendations to help the organization reach the next level.

  • Kick-off Call

    The PR begins with a kick-off call to review timelines, processes, and deliverables.

  • Firm Questionnaire

    The firm will complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering key areas, including:

    • Financial
    • Operations
    • Administration
    • Technology
    • People
    • Firm governance
    • Partner relations
    • Marketing and growth
  • Individual Questionnaires & Follow-ups

    A select group of individuals (typically the partner group) will complete an Individual Questionnaire. Follow-up calls will be scheduled to clarify results from both the Firm and Individual Questionnaires.

  • Final Presentation & Recommendations

    The engagement concludes with a half-day virtual presentation to a small group of firm leaders. The presentation will include:

    • Insights into the future of the accounting profession
    • Identification of firm strengths
    • Areas for improvement
    • A prioritized list of action steps
    • Referrals to relevant experts as needed
